Been out of the hobby for a bit and returned to this. Price to performance these days is mind blowing, and this is a hidden gem (just like the faceplate of the ziigaat). Really nice textured bass, but also balances the lower mids with a nice scoop that doesn’t bleed midbass and yet still feels warm and thick enough. To me it sounds like the new “reference style” of iems, but with more fun (if you like some bass and a thicker sound). Good bass is never enough, and this iem delivers way above its price if you were to compare with what was available even 1-2 years ago.
Quite a good set that is an alternative to the mega5est at half the price. It does come with some caveats, primarily a slightly more bloated bass shelf. Doesn’t bleed into the mids in anyway, just doesn’t sound as clean as mega5est, which can be a good thing depending on your tastes. Great all rounder harmanish set that I have been using as my daily for around 2 months
