I was convinced by youtube that cheap IEM's from china were actually a viable option.
Boy was I wrong.
After enduring a 2 week shipping time, The right ear monitor is completely DOA. (dead on arrival)
I immediately contacted the hangout for a replacement.
I was asked to try unplugging the cables and plugging them back in, and try to switch the cables from one ear to the other to test if its the cable or the IEM itself. To no surprise it simply confirmed what I already stated which was that the right ear bud is not functioning.
My reply email asking for a timeline for a return or exchange has gone unanswered for for over 24 hours now. But I did get an email asking for a review. So here it is.

I regret this purchase, and doubly regret ordering from this website and not simply using amazon, where I have more consumer protection. I could have gotten them, realized they are defective, and gotten a retune processed 3 times already.
Please return my warranty email.

Crisp, clear, clean sound. At this price point it's really hard to beat what you're getting with these IEMs. Response is clear and a lot of genres sounds extremely clean.

Also, they work great if you're on all day zoom calls for work.

I agree with Ck Tan in his review, as I own both the IE 600’s and Singolo’s. Both use a single DD driver with resonators, Sennheiser using a 7mm as opposed to the 11mm in the Kiwi. The Singolo has a better bottom end but to my ears the Sennheiser is better at imaging, making them sound fuller and more 3 dimensional. The Sennheiser’s are smaller and can get lost/loose in the ear without the proper tip size. Not an issue with the Kiwi’s. Price vs performance the Kiwi’s are a slam dunk no brainer. The Sennheiser’s are made in Germany / Ireland with cutting edge 3d printed shells, which drives the higher price along with the “premium” tax. If you’re worried about losing them or getting them stolen, there’s a huge difference between $79 and $400-800 for the IE 600’s. I picked my pair up after Crin reviewed them, and they are my favorite IEM’s.
Knowing what I know now, I would skip the Sennheiser’s and go with the Singolo’s. Spend the money you save to buy better tips and maybe a better headphone cable and come out with a great sounding pair of earbuds.
