I primarily bought this DAC to use with my phone, but still used it on my PC from time to time. However whenever I would use it on my computer, it would infrequently make a popping noise that didn't go away no matter what I did. In my attempts to resolve this issue, I learned that Moondrop has their own driver. After installing their driver however, the device ceased being functional on my computer. It detects as a sound device, but is completely unable to be selected as a playback source. After a multitude of attempts to wipe the drivers, reset windows audio endpoints, and even reinstalling them, nothing has resolved this issue. This leaves me unfortunately completely unable to use the device with my PC.
If anyone else purchases this (or potentially other Moondrop DACs), I strongly recommend just using the default driver that comes with windows, as something is clearly wrong with Moondrops own driver.
