I doubt the iems are bad themselves but damn I've been waiting a month almost amd they're not here yet, I know the review is pointless but I got an email asking my about my opinion, plus I just want anyone who's thinking about ordering that shipping is insanely slow (hey at least it's free so I can't really complain can I)
I fell in love the moment I put these in my ears. The sound is incredible, but more than that, the fit is sublime. My ears are extremely sensetive and prone to bruising, so I've never had a "forgot I was wearing them" moment, but I've had these on for an hour and they barely feel like they're in.
Harman tuning line affirmed. Brilliant sounding.
I really like these IEMs, though I'm a fairly novice consumer and pretty new to the whole inner-ear monitor thing having come from regular cans that used to bother me for wholly unique reasons. In particular the treble doesn't bug me, and nothing about harman 2019 seems off to me. I listen to a lot of different genres as well as many different videogames from time to time so hearing exceptional, clean and sharp audio is very nice for once. I came from the 7hz salnotes zero (which I still use for phone listening on the classic apple USB-C DAC), then the Truthear REDS were just too bulbous and uncomfortable for me. When I bought the Simgot Audio EW200's, I just felt like "that's it." So I'm a Simgot fan now. These however really sparkle and I like the bass. Personally I'm not super picky, but I wanted something decent so I stopped buying budget IEM's and settled on this instead.
People say it's Harmann tuning at it's best, and it is.
It's smooth, it's bass heavy, treble heavy, has details and punch for less than 200.
Many reviewers praised it and for good reasons.
Of course it's not perfect, it has its flaws being Harman but it's a solid choice at this price, if not one of the best.
