Space travel 2 is a great TWS, Improvement on the first space travel, especially in the ANC department. Better tuning from the first imo. Battery life is vastly superior, abt 2x from the first. Hence, great peoduct, highly recommended. The shell's a bit weird however, doesn't fit very well, but i can make do with using other tips.
Delivery and communication however, not great. I ordered these on 15 august in store and was told it would be delivered in a week or 2. A few days later, i received a call saying that the delivery would be delayed by a week, which is reasonable and i appreciate the communication. However, another 3 weeks later and my order still has not arrived and this time, i was not informed. I went down to the store to enquire on the delivery status to hear "another week or so" and also "cannot wait ah?" Which was quite unprofessional and uncalled for. Then i asked to cancel the order and was told that there was a 5% restocking fee. It was quite a rude shock, especially when the order was delayed for such a long time, but i understand its store policy.
The iems finally arrived on 1st oct, after 6 weeks from the "one or two weeks". I understand that the moondrop is the one that's shipping out the stock late, but the response and communication to the customer could have been much better.
I bought this from the hangout to support a business that i liked and a personality that i enjoy. But this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I would second guess supporting again in the future.
I would recommend buying from the store if stock is available, in person. However, rethink the online order.
