Didn’t receive order

The shipping was terrible this time I’ve ordered before no problem and now customer service won’t even get back to me about my package that couldn’t be delivered. I returned to sender and no refund no response nothing.

Pleasantly surprised by the Zero 2’s

The 7Hz x Crinacle Zero 2 IEMs are my first budget (and more bassy) IEMs and I am pleasantly surprised by its sound profile - in that, despite a more thumpy bass and slightly muted overtones, the mids and highs remain clear and pronounced enough, I suppose all these from a single driver. The IEMS together with the correct-fitting eartips provide a pretty good seal for my ears without me having to adjust them during my listening to music. The cable feels somewhat fragile so make sure to not tug at it too hard and/or too often. Overall, I enjoy listening to various types of music and podcasts with the Zero 2’s. They are worth the price point.

Much better than I expected.

I only used two main iems for the last 6-7 years, a Fiio FH3 and Sony's MH1 and I was quite content with them, especially the MH1 as it has a very smooth FR and I could EQ it extensively. This year I wanted to try some new tech and I did a lot of research as well as a lot of EQing with the MH1 to get a sense of the differences between the models I was interested in. I finally settled to the Zero 2 and the Pure (still waiting for this) regardless of price and I liked a lot what I heard through my MH1s. When the Zero 2s arrived though, they caught me by surprise as they sound much much better in real life. The FR is very smooth, they sound very balanced and clear with all my music, lots of deep and textured bass as well as details in mids and treble I had difficulty hearing before. I couldn't be happier, especially with the price I paid for them. The FH3 and the MH1 might gather lots of dust from now on. Excellent work by 7hz and Crinacle and fast shipping from Hangout Audio. Bravo to all of you and thank you!
