Discover the Truthear x Crinacle Zero:RED
Expanding on the potential behind the double dynamic driver system found in the Truthear x Crinacle Zero, the Zero:RED is a result of a passion project that takes the limits of dynamic drivers and throws them aside to create something beyond special.
Tuned to the IEF target, the Zero:RED is unapologetically tuned to what Crinacle believes is what an IEM should sound.
Including an 10 Ohm impedance adapter, the reworked crossovers allow for freedom in the low end, allowing for you to decide how much bass you want.
Specs
- 10mm+7.8mm Dynamic Driver

The Zero Red's are my second pair of IEM's after ther 7hz Zero:2 which I only can compare to.
Basically I like the sound signature more then the Zero 2, because the Zer Red's got an second drriver for the upper frequencies, which gives the Zero Reds more resolution and balance. I personally EQed them to 2 different profiles which I use besides the stock or out of the box tuning, which you can See in the pictures.
I feel like, if Crin had gave the RED's more air frequency's they would be a tiny bit better out of the box. After I EQed the Air frequencys between 15Khz to 20Khz I personally think they do sound more open and the sound stage does expand a little bit more. In the stock tuning I feel like that they do sound a bit closed back in the upper or air frequency's which leads for me to a bit more narrow sound stage
In terms of the base at first I really thought, that the bass would be a bit too much, especialiiy that the RED's have already reduced bass compere to the Zero Blue's, but the more I listened to them the more I got to love the original bass tuning tho. But sometime I want a bit less bass for a more flat and precise response, and thats why I tuned them in the one EQ profile to the Truthear Hexa.
Over all I sometime like to listen to the stock tunining and sometimes I lead towards a more balanced, less bass and more open air frequency tuning, so that I can listend to my music for instance, as it was recorded in the studio. But also for gaming I really like th stock tuning, it gives me a really good capability of locating where footsteps are comming from and I think the imiganing is getting better if I use the EQ profile where I have the bass reduced to the level of the Hexa.
Furthermore I use the RED's on an FIIO K11 (not the R2R) with an LINSOUL Tripowin Zonie Balanced cable on the Balanced output of my K11 and I think on Balanced I can achieve a little better balanced sound, when I use them on the unbalanced quarter inch connector of my K11.

These EQ Profiles are beeing intended to be uses with Equalizer APO ideally with the PEACE GUI but I believe you still can use them with out PEACE.
I wish the cable was longer. It’s a bit sketchy to use it with my dac as is.
No complaints about the sound.
Could have thinner tips.
Amazing sound quality. Works great with just an apple USB C / 3.5mm Adapter as the amp
Absolutely love these! Another banger by Crin
I'm a professional Music Producer and Mix Engineer. For me the most important part is linearity and truth. I will say simple that: I WOULD MIX ON THESE IEM's. No doubt.
I walk with them every day, and it is a joy.
