I loved that I was able to test the s12 pro and moondrop dawn DAC
Great product, great customer service
First pair was the Chu 2. Sure, it's like 8x the price for a similar tuning, but the detail honestly makes the Chu 2 feel like a joke, especially with a good DAC.
The cable is pretty good. A little bit of memory, but not enough to care about. Pretty decent feel to it, and seems pretty durable. Love the swappable connections (3.5mm, etc.), which is absolutely not a guarantee at this price point just yet.
Given the bundle is so close in price, I see no reason not to go with that over the standalone IEM unless you already have a better portable DAC.
I've owned these IEMs for a little over a year now, and they're a really nice planar IEM. I prefer V shaped, so these fit the bill for me. The bass is quick and punchy like most planars are, and because of these I've been slowly trying to skew my collection to be planar only.
While they are a bit expensive, and I'm sure there are cheaper V shaped planars now, at the time I bought them these were the value proposition. I have since bought the MP145 and TinHifi Dudu, and I think the MP145 sounds a bit better, at the sacrifice of comfort.
