DAC cuts out every few seconds
I'll say this dac is good but power consumption is putting a load on my phone battery to it, I think it's my phone problem but work fine
So i was pretty happy at the beginning. Always had issue to have it stay connected, it didn’t need much to disconnect and pause the music on the phone.
And today it seems like it just decided to die, I guess i stripped it off the phone one more than it allowed.
The cable and the big part seems to have been separated when i pulled it this morning when i arrived at work this morning.
So i won’t buy one again be sure, doubt it is covered by the warranty.
It does a fine job driving IEMs, and the headphones that I have at sufficient volume. I was disappointed to find the it doesn't support a mic, but that was my fault for not doing sufficient research. It also gets a tad hot to the touch after extended use.
