Global Shipping FAQ

Which countries do you ship to?

Standard international shipping is available for most countries, while Express Shipping will be available for more territories.

If your country is not available within our pre-approved territories on checkout, please email us at support@hangout.audio and we may be able to process a custom shipping order for you.

How much are the shipping fees?

We provide local delivery (within Singapore), standard international shipping, and express international shipping options.

For orders below US$30:

  • Local delivery: S$4.00
  • Standard International Shipping: US$5.00 to US$6.00 depending on country

For orders above US$30, local delivery is free and standard international shipping is free for most countries. Please refer to the bottom of the page for a full list of countries we are unable to provide free shipping for.

For Brazil: While we are unable to offer free standard international shipping for orders above US$30 for Brazilian orders, we provide a 50% discount on shipping fees for orders above US$30, and free shipping for orders above US$50.

For Express International Shipping, we estimate US$15 - US$35 cost depending on country.
For certain remote areas, we may have to charge an additional fee; in such a case, we will contact you before we do so.

Import Taxes, Freight Processing Fees

Hangout.Audio is not responsible for any import taxes or processing fees specific to your country.
Refusal to pay any taxes and/or processing fees may result in your package being returned to us, in which case you will be charged for two-way freight charges which will be deducted from your refund. This freight charge may exceed your order value due to taxes and other miscellaneous fees, in which case no refund will be processed.

Refusal to pay any taxes and/or processing fees may also result in your package being destroyed by your local post office or customs. In such a situation, any requests for refunds will be rejected.

How long will delivery take?

In-stock orders will be fulfilled within 3 working days. 

Shipment times are highly variable and affected by a variety of factors beyond our control. Here are our estimates for delivery times (after orders are fulfilled):

  • Standard local shipping (Singapore): 2-4 working days
  • Standard international shipping: 2-4 weeks
    (Certain countries may have processing times of up to 2-3 months)
  • Express international shipping: 3-7 days

Hangout.Audio will not process any refund requests related to shipping durations.

What if my parcel is shipped, but still not delivered?

First, please contact your local courier using the local tracking number sent to you.

  • If your parcel had been in transit for at least 3 months, it may be lost in transit.
    • For orders below US$50, you may either opt for a one-time reshipment of the same order, OR a full refund of the amount paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card.
    • For orders above US$50, we will only process a 50% refund of your order paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card.
Customers are to bear full responsibility and fees incurred if the parcel cannot be delivered due to any of the following:
  • Wrong address or phone number provided by recipient
  • Courier company's inability to contact recipient
  • Recipient's refusal to sign for the package
  • Lost or damaged parcel after recipient had opted for “no-signature delivery”
  • Recipient's refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee
  • Recipient's refusal to provide supporting documents for customs clearance

How do I get help for my order?

Should there be a need to cancel or/and modify your order after purchase, please contact us via email at support@hangout.audio, or via our website chat. We will do our best to process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Such requests are only processed during our working hours.

Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our fulfilment centre has not processed your order.

What if my order arrives in a broken state, or with missing items?

It is good practice, upon receiving your parcel, to confirm the contents of the package and ensure that the package is in good condition before signing for it. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging when opening their parcels and products.

Hangout.Audio will not be responsible for any damages to the packaging during the transit process.

For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support@hangout.audio for after-sales support. Please include the following details in your email:

  1. Order number in your subject title.
  2. State the issue clearly.
  3. Attach photos and videos to show that your product with faulty/missing components.
    Shipping details on the parcel packaging have to be clearly visible.

If the photos/videos provided are insufficient to prove the stated issue, we will ask for additional information. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund (where applicable).

For incorrectly-shipped items, Hangout.Audio reserves all rights in deciding whether the return of the incorrect item is required. Please contact us via email at support@hangout.audio, and we will review your request within 3 working days.

How can I track my shipment?

An order confirmation email will be sent after you place an order.

A tracking email will be sent after your order is shipped out. You can track your order via the tracking number online.

Should you not have received the aforementioned emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please contact us for support.

For multiple orders placed under the same account and shipping address, Hangout.Audio will automatically combine the orders and ship them out via one shipment, tracked with one tracking number. Should you have special requests to have the orders shipped separately, please contact us via email.

Standard Shipping Exceptions

Our couriers are currently unable to provide standard international shipping (free or otherwise) to the following territories:
