Moondrop Space Travel 2

Space travel 2 is a great TWS, Improvement on the first space travel, especially in the ANC department. Better tuning from the first imo. Battery life is vastly superior, abt 2x from the first. Hence, great peoduct, highly recommended. The shell's a bit weird however, doesn't fit very well, but i can make do with using other tips.

Delivery and communication however, not great. I ordered these on 15 august in store and was told it would be delivered in a week or 2. A few days later, i received a call saying that the delivery would be delayed by a week, which is reasonable and i appreciate the communication. However, another 3 weeks later and my order still has not arrived and this time, i was not informed. I went down to the store to enquire on the delivery status to hear "another week or so" and also "cannot wait ah?" Which was quite unprofessional and uncalled for. Then i asked to cancel the order and was told that there was a 5% restocking fee. It was quite a rude shock, especially when the order was delayed for such a long time, but i understand its store policy.

The iems finally arrived on 1st oct, after 6 weeks from the "one or two weeks". I understand that the moondrop is the one that's shipping out the stock late, but the response and communication to the customer could have been much better.

I bought this from the hangout to support a business that i liked and a personality that i enjoy. But this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I would second guess supporting again in the future.

I would recommend buying from the store if stock is available, in person. However, rethink the online order.

I keep dropping the buds as I take them out of the casr and the fit isn't perfect, but for 30 odd bucks it's fantastic!

I own a pair of Hexas and though the sound quality doesn't match the Hexas, with some tuning with the app (the app is a little buggy imo), you could actually get decent quality for just $30 USD. The sound staging is also really great for just having a single 13mm planar and listening to jpop and jrock is what these buds excell at. The ANC is really good (for the price), I was in a crowded room and put these buds in and most of the commotion went away, but street noise and wind kinda messes things up. I dont really like the controls as they are at the tip of the stem and are VERY touch sensitive so when adjusting the fit, the buds would sometimes pause and or turn off the ANC WHICH really annoys me. The case is extremely weird as when i want to pull them out, I usually have to grab the tips of the stems and since the stems of the buds sit deep into the case, I cant really tilt the buds out which is also an annoyance since i sometimes want to quickly pull a bud out while its in my pockets. Overall, 30 Bucks for buds that have decent ANC, superior quality compared to other cheapo buds, and amazing battery life (6 hours is a lot for 1 charge WITH ANC) I would 100% recommend these to someone looking for cheap ANC earbuds but dont mind the controls and case. Also the Anime girl in your ear is really weird, i wish there was a setting to turn it off... I dont want a child to whisper in my ear "power on" 🙏

For this price and features people are asking too much. The sound is ok. Better than more expensive wireless buds. It will not blow your mind like Blessings for eg. But the tuning is good. EQ with downloadable presets. Connect to multiple devices. ANC exists. It's 30$ and its much worth it. The only thing I miss is the ability to switch off some of the touch controls.
